Marianne Grace Curtis
Marianne Grace Curtis of Vancouver, Wash., formerly of Junction City, died May 19 of age-related causes. She was 89. A memorial service will be held Monday, June 14, at Polly’s Adult Country Home in Vancouver.
She was born April 13, 1921, in Cedar Mill, Ore., to Raymond and Bessie Pruden Lee. She married Leon Gordon Curtis on Sept. 27, 1938, in Portland. He died Feb. 21, 1989.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three daughters, Leeann Patterson of San Jose, Calif., Darlene Boggs of Springfield and Vicki Fortheringham of Pensacola, Fla.; two sons, Jack of Tennessee and Rick of Stevenson, Mont.; 33 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. A daughter, Sylvia Walters; a son, Roger Curtis; and a grandson, Marty Stucky, died previously.
