Memorial Day
Memorial Day observances are held annually at each of the Musgrove cemeteries. Members of the armed forces, both past and present, participate along with other community leaders and organizations to pay honor to those who have served our country in the military.
Veteran's Day
Each Musgrove cemetery hosts an Open House on Veteran’s Day. The public is invited to come and decorate the graves of veterans with flags provided by the cemetery.
Holiday Memorial
Each December West Lawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home and Springfield Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home host a Holiday Memorial service to support families who are coping with grief during the holiday season. While the service specifically acknowledges those who have died in the past year, the gathering is open to the public and all who are feeling mixed emotions during this time of year are invited to attend. The service includes music and an inspirational message. It is designed to allow people to come together to share and support each other during this tender time.
Easter Sunrise Service
West Lawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home host an Easter Sunrise service at 6:30 am every Easter Sunday. The service is ecumenical and hope-filled.
Community Tours
As part of our commitment to community education, each Musgrove facility is open for individual or group tours. A licensed funeral director will give you an overview of the services provided by the funeral home and take you on a tour of the facility. Please call the location of your choice to arrange a tour.
Speakers Bureau
Musgrove Family Mortuaries and Cemeteries have numerous experts on staff who are available to give public presentations on a variety of funeral and cemetery related topics. The Musgrove family and staff feel strongly that education is vital for people to make the best decisions possible.
