	Wayne Musgrove Wayne, with his wife Ann, enjoy being active members of the community. Wayne is a Mason, a member of the Scottish Rite and Shrine. By the Governor's appointment, he served for five years on the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board. He is Past-President of the Oregon Funeral Director's Association. He is a member of the Elks, Eagles, and Moose Lodges, former member of the Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, former Elder of his church, Past-President of the Eugene Active 20/30 Club and the Eugene Downtown Lions Club.

	Mark Musgrove C.F.S.P. Mark is a native Oregonian, attended the University of Oregon, and graduated from San Francisco College of Mortuary Science in 1981. Mark and his wife Diane lived in Florence for three years and together managed Riverside Chapel. Mark is a Mason, a member of Scottish Rite and the Shrine and has served on the board of Oregon Club. He has served as president of Siuslaw Lions Club, Lane Memorial Blood Bank, the Eugene Active 20/30 Club and Lane Leaders Association. He served as president of the Oregon Funeral Directors in 1996-1997, as Oregon's representative to the National Funeral Directors Association's (NFDA) Policy Board, and as chairman of NFDA's Constitution and Bylaws Committee. In 1997 he was the first funeral director in Oregon to be awarded to designation of Certified Funeral Service Practitioner (C.F.S.P.) by the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. C.F.S.P. is funeral service' s national individual recognition. He was the 1st Oregonian to serve as President of the National funeral Directors Association in 2003-2004 and is serving on the Sacred Heart Medical Center Foundation Board.

	Diane Musgrove Diane is a graduate of the University of Oregon. She is a licensed Funeral Service Practitioner in Oregon. She assisted in the management of Riverside Chapel Funeral Home in Florence, OR and was active in many civic organizations. In Eugene, Diane is past president of Soroptmist International of Eugene, OR , active in her church, PTA Board Member, and has served on the City of Eugene's Enterprise Zone Committee. She and Mark have two sons, Matthew and Nicholas.

	Jeffrey Musgrove Jeff was born in Eugene. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Oregon and an Associate of Arts degree from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science. He is active in his church and is Past-President of the Eugene Active 20/30 Club and the Eugene Downtown Lions Club. He is Secretary of the Eugene/Springfield Oregon Club and serves on the Board of Directors for the Lions Eye Bank of Oregon, the Funeral Service Agency and the Mid-Town Business Association. Jeff is also a member of DMORT, a federal organization that assists in the event of a mass fatality. Jeff and his wife Sharon have two children.

	Sharon Musgrove Sharon joined the Administration staff at Musgrove Family Mortuary in 2005 after spending 13 years in Accounting and Tax Preparation. She has a degree in Business Management and has worked in both Medical and Accounting Professions. Previous to joining the Musgrove staff, Sharon was a fitness and weight loss consultant. She is Past President of the Eugene Lioness Club and served on the Board of Directors of Tripass Ski Club. Currently she is on Site Council and is an active PTA member with her childrens' elementary school. She is also actively working with Precious Life International giving aid to the Maasai people of Africa.

	Glenn Knox Glenn has been serving families in funeral service since 1971 when he was discharged from the Army. Besides managing England’s he held numerous managerial positions including general and area manager. He is a member of the Eugene Rotary Club, Creswell Kiwanis Club and has been a Past President of the Emerald Executive Association

	Diana Chapman Knox Born and raised in Creswell, Oregon. Married to Glen C. Knox. Employed with England’s Creswell/Eugene Memorial Chapels from May 1983 until November 2005. Employed with Musgrove Family from November 2005 until present.

	Randall Wood, CCE Randy has been in the Cemetery/Funeral Home business for more than 40 years. In 1999 He received the designation of “Certified Cemetery Executive” (CCE) from the International Cemetery and Funeral Association. To receive this honor Randy had to complete the rigid tests of time and experience, and then be approved by the ICFA Certification Board. Randy has served in many capacities in the DeathCare Industry, such as, Vice President of Sales & Development, Manager and Apprentice Embalmer. He has held Executive positions of leadership in several church organizations and civic groups. Randy has been married for 43 years and has 2 children and four grandchildren. He is responsible for the Musgrove’s Family Cemetery Operations, Sales and Development. “It is my belief that every family should have the opportunity and privilege to select their Lasting Family Memorial before the time of need. 	Joe Sharps Joseph E. Sharps was born and raised in Coos Bay, Oregon. In the year 2000 he graduated from Mount Hood Community College, with a degree in Funeral Service Education. After graduating from Mt. Hood Community College, Joe received a degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon. Prior to working for Musgrove Family Mortuary, Joe taught embalming and other funeral education classes at Mt. Hood Community College. In 2005, Joe became a volunteer diver for the Lane County Search & Rescue Dive Team, and he is an active member of Lane Leaders Association, and the Eugene Dive Club He enjoys scuba diving, hunting, fishing, backpacking, whitewater rafting, camping, and mycology.

	John R. McCarthy Jr. 35 years in funeral service, Washington, Oregon, California, & Arizona. Managed several Seattle area funeral homes. Attended Grays Harbor Community College

	Dustin Schroeder Dustin Schroeder was born and raised in Oregon. He graduated from Mt. Hood Community College Funeral Science program in 2000, and has been a funeral director at Musgrove Family Mortuary since 2005. Dustin married Anna Mouser in 1998. Together they have 2 girls, Hailee and Amelia. Dustin enjoys reading, hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, movies, coaching his daughters’ sports teams, and spending time with family. Dustin is a member of the Lions eye bank and volunteers as an enucleator. He also is a member of the First Assembly of God Church.

	Heidi Crocker Heidi Crocker, has worked at England's and Musgroves combined for 14 years as a receptionist. Born in Zweibrucken Germany, married 46 years, has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Enjoys traveling, cooking, baking and walking her dog.

	Pat Chamberlan Pat Chamberlan is a part of our Family Service Staff at Musgrove Family Mortuary and has been a dedicated member of our community since 1959. Her background includes public relations, marketing and promotions, advertising, public speaking and sales. She has served in many capacities over the years with a number of church, community and civic organizations which include: Church Youth Staff, Mentor for At-Risk & Homeless Youth, Eugene Chamber of Commerce, Lane County Gang Task Force, The Sidney Center and Committed Partners for Youth.

	Theresa Isaksen Theresa Isaksen-Theresa started working for Musgrove Family Mortuary in 2003 and has been an apprentice Funeral Director/Embalmer for 3 years. She is married and has 4 grown children and one dog. A life-long resident of Oregon, Theresa graduated from North Eugene High School and did volunteer work through church and at the children's schools while raising her family. Her main responsibilities at the funeral home are taking care of the families who choose to have Celebration of Life Receptions.

	Nicole Palenzuela Nicole was born in Southern California. She has worked in the Funeral Industry for five years, and has worked as a Cemetery Administrator for 4 years. Nicole is currently attending Lane Community College. Her hobbies include reading, spending time with family and going to the coast.

	Laurie Hufstader Laurie Hufstader was born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon, graduating in 1968. She attended Oregon Institute of Technology and received an AA in Accounting. Previous to joining Musgrove Family Mortuary in 2002, Laurie worked as a full cycle bookkeeper for a local mapping company. Laurie is responsible for the Musgrove Family Mortuary payroll and human resource department. Laurie and her family enjoy hunting, fishing, wilderness camping and horse back riding. She is currently the treasurer of the Back Country Horsemen of Oregon.

	Andrea Unfried Andrea joined the Administration staff in May 2007 as Chief Financial Officer after working 23 years in the wood products industry in the accounting field. She is a native of Eugene and graduated from the University Of Oregon College Of Business. She is a board member for SAIL Housing, a local non-profit that supports housing for people with developmental disabilities. Andrea and her husband Corey, enjoy traveling and playing golf.
